Whilst every attempt will be made by Blinds Parts Direct to ensure that the Goods sold and delivered match in every respect any sample or description shown or given or sent to You, any minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle You to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.standard non made to measure products i.e brackets,roller mechanism  etc can be returned unused in original condition and suitable for re-sale within 14 days of delivery date. cord, chain etc that is below 10m in length is also excluded from return.all goods returned that are unwanted or ordered in error can be sent back too us , all postage/carriage too be paid by yourselves, and we will need too see proof of posting if we do not receive goods back. all goods will be checked before any refund will given.refund will be for the cost of the goods only and not any of the postage. A restocking fee of 15% is applied on all returns.
